The process begins with getting to know you or your loved one who needs care.

Our interview process provides us with an in-depth assessment of you or your loved one. It’s essential to learn about your medical conditions and the specific kind of assistance you need to be able to remain at home. The interview will cover these issues to give us an accurate picture of your situation and what Bayside Home Care can provide:

  • Health and medication issues
  • Nutritional needs
  • Housekeeping needs
  • Transportation needs
  • Emergency response

Ideally, this interview process involves the decision makers. They will then be aware of all the services that are available and be able to ask questions. As you make decisions about the scope of care needed, we’ll also discuss the costs of those services.

Once we know the services you want, we’ll be able to match you with an appropriate caregiver. We understand that a caregiver not only needs to be able to meet your need for housekeeping tasks or driving you to appointments, your caregiver also needs to be someone who is compatible.
