Dear Kim

Thank you so much for the wonderful care you gave Ruth. At a time when we needed help we were fortunate to have professional and compassionate care that you provided. It certainly gives us the time we need to be able to focus on our and Ruth’s life.
Again we appreciate all the personal care you give her at a time when we cannot.

Mrs. Vogel,

I wish I would have called you earlier in the care we needed for my dad. My life was consumed by stress wondering how I could handle all the commitments I have to my own family and friends in addition to being able to provide the care I wanted to for him. You don’t realize the comfort I now have knowing the quality of care you are now providing to my dad. He surely is enjoying the caregivers cooking. I know those TV dinners he was eating couldn’t of been to healthy for him.

Dear Kim,

I had to drop a quick note and let you know how impressed we are with the quality of your staff. They are truly compassionate about what they do. The services they are providing for my mom has enabled her to regain her self confidence. See looks better and seems happier. Now when I visit my mother we can spend time talking and doing things that are fun instead of me worrying about what needs to be done with her and around the house. Thank you again!

In appreciation,

Thank you for taking the time on short notice to meet with me and my mother. Since I live out of state it has been very difficult for me to look after my mother’s needs. In addition I constantly worried about her in case something happened and no one was there. I now have peace of mind knowing there is someone there to look after her. I also appreciate the great deal of communication your office provides. My Mom was reluctant at first to get care but now is very happy with the interaction she is having with her caregivers. Please call if you need anything.

Dear Kim,

As you know my mother Connie recently passed. I appreciate the card I received and also the care you gave my mother. In addition your caregivers gave me and my family comfort in her final days. Please thank them for me. We are looking at her passing as a celebration of her life not a loss.

Mrs. Vogel,

I’m writing this letter on behalf of my whole family. I appreciate you taking the time to meet with us and helping to figure out a way our parents could stay in their home. As you can tell they are very adamant about staying there. Our parents mean a great deal to us and we wanted to make sure they are getting the best possible care and assistance. The caring and professionalism you and the caregivers provide exceeds our expectations. My parents are very pleased. It was important to them that they could count on the same ones providing care instead of not knowing who’s coming day to day. It also helped greatly that you introduced my parents to the caregiver. You have released a lot of our stress and worry about caring for my folks. Please let me know if you need anything from me or my sisters and thank you again.
–Donald P.

Thank you for the dessert you brought over and meeting with my parents. I wanted to let you know I researched a number of other home care companies before choosing you. We were impressed with the follow up and passion you have to help my parents. In addition I like that I’m able to go online to check the hours the caregiver shows up and leaves. Although my dad gets around good and is still very sharp we think it helps him to have someone else to care for my mother. She also seems to be happy that he can go do some of the things he would like and not feel guilty or worry about leaving her. She really enjoys visiting with your caregiver. They seem like a great fit. You can get a hold of me or my brother Steve at any time if you need us.
